The repair completion was delayed twice for a week each time. Not a big deal since it was well-communicated and due to reasons outside of Chilton's control. After that, communication went downhill. Three times in the final week I was told the car would be completed "tomorrow" and each time *I* had to call to find out it wasn't done as stated, and each time no details were given as to why the completion was delayed. Overall, I was pleased with the service and quality of repair--just the last week was handled very poorly. It made it very difficult for me to plan my week since I was borrowing a friend's car and kept postponing meetings (thinking I was going to need to pick up the car).

It was dirty n had scratches on it! I have been there before n had wonderful service! I had also asked to have a dent in my door removed and it was not removed upon picking up my vehicle! I only met my service adviser once very disappointed! The old State Farm rep was so personal n wonderful to work with! Vicki s. Boniface

Chilton not only made my car look like a drunk driver never hit it, they also got the air pressure tire light to go off and manages to make my awkward wind shield wiper work! Little things that meant more than they know to me especially since when I picked up we were in the middle of a storm. I would bring my car there again!

The staff is very courteous but my car was over a week late. I understand delays happen which is why the fact that it was late isn't really what upset me. What upsets me is the amount of times I had to keep calling to get an update because I stopped getting alerts. On both days it was supposed to be ready no one called to tell me it had been delayed. The mileage on my car does not match the the mileage noted on my intake forms which I find a little odd (it was made higher) and there were NEW scratches on my car when I came in to pick it up (which your staff buffed out for me).

Ron Childers kept me inform through the lengthy process. GMC parts for my truck were extremely hard to find and took a long time to ship each time. However Ron was on top of things and kept me well informed the entire 8 weeks.

I'm not sure yet if I'm satisfied...we just picked our car up tonight and the battery was dead when we arrived. Also, there was literally no gas left. You'd think they'd make sure the car actually works before they send us away? They couldn't have even filled it up to where it was before? It's a little concerning that they missed these two areas since I want to trust that they did a good job...I guess we'll find out.

I appreciate the professionalism and the text updates. The process of getting the car inspected and set up to go in for repairs and coordinating with Amica insurance was a little more confusing than it needed to be.
