I was very pleased with the professional service I received from Gerry Ruiz who was my initial contact with my insurance claim and explained everything to me thoroughly. The final amount for the repair was greater than the estimate, and I never received a call or email to approve the increase. The Chilton representative apologized for the oversight.

Great and fast service. Excellent staff. Only complaint-rental car was only a quarter full when I got it and had to stop shortly after to commute an hour to work.
