Chilton did a great job with the body repair where the deer hit my car but there are scratch marks on my window where the deer hit that are still there and look like they cant be cleaned off. I will call in the morning and ask them to look at the truck again. Thanks Mike ****-****-xxxx

From the time I contacted Chimton to schedule my repair to the point where I picked up my car the personnel were both courteous and professional. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule and the work looks great.

The entire process was smooth from the start. I dropped my car off and a service representative explained the process to me and when my car should be ready. I was surprised when I got the call that it was ready to pick earlier than expected. The car looks great and I couldn't be happier!

Although repairs were not satisfied at my initial pickup i appreciate the immediate attention that chilton has done...also thank u for the great communication line that informed me wen my car was ready. Unlike geico agent very disappointing that he did NOT communicate with me! Your emails ate great waty to inform customers... Thanks for ur great service!!!

Still waiting for that phone call Sandra told me would come 2 weeks ago to set up the drop-off time for the Hummer to get the final parts put on. Supposed to take only about an hour & they've been in your shop for about a month now. Would think you'd want to get them off the shelf & get this matter completed; I know we would.
