When I dropped off my car, I was supposed to get 3 different claims worked on. Somehow, only 2 claims were completed which means I may need to come back. As well, the car rental agency, Enterprise, called me this morning to ask why I didn't return the car. I handed the keys to my Chilton rep and he said he would take care of it. It seems like the hand-off didn't happen correctly there. Overall, the multiple hand-offs between various people has led to missed information. Would advise management to consider how to ensure the same person take a case from end-to-end.

I was disappointed that I could not leave my vehicle on Friday evening at 5pm for an appointment scheduled for Monday morning. This made it extremely difficult for me to get the car to Chilton and resulted in having to get it towed. On top of not being able to leave it with Chilton, your representative was rude and condescending when I asked why was it so difficult to leave my car. Will not return to your company.

i turned the car in on Mon 9/12 with the work to be completed on 9/16.. you got "backed up".. which to me means you accepted cash paying customers and put them ahead of me sice I was a geico claim... then you did accept covering my rental from 9/17-21 which i appreciate but then you did not cover the protection on the rental car ... which I would not have ordered if i had known you were to have my BMW from 9/12-21!!... so I am completely dissatisfied and will relay this dissatisfaction to Geico.. also I plan to NEVER use your body shop.. word on the street is that you get "backed up" quite often... You should have fully covered my rental.. but you DID NOT!!! Sudhakar Tumuluri

Not completely yet. I did notice a part on the bumper that stuck out a little. Two ppl looked at it but it was late in the day so there was no one to fix the issue immediately. I was told it's a 10 minute fix and that I can come by anytime before 3pm, but I imagine waiting for someone to look at it again, then waiting for someone to be free to do the fix, plus the actual fix, will take much longer than "10 minutes".

I learned of the status of my car simply by stopping by and asking a few times. I work across the street, so I could do that easily. It would have been nice to update with non-standard responses so that I could of learned about my car's statuses without stopping by.

From the day that I dropped my car off at Chilton Auto Body shop in San Carlos until I picked it up, I was very impressed with everyone involved, both personally & by phone. I was kept informed as to the progress of the work, and, when the car was ready, I let the office know that I was not able to pick it up on the day I had hoped to, & it was "no problem, just whenever you are ready." I can honestly say that I felt treated like one of the family & not just a service order no.!! I would love to know the "secret" used to remember people's names! That was most impressive!! Many thanks to all!

I was informed that my car was ready for pickup after the repair. But to my surprise when I went to chiton body shop, I saw a dent on rear bumper which was supposed to be replaced with a new one due to a collision. Due to this I lost nearly 3 hours of my valuable time from my work.
