I had 2 repairing experience with Chilton through Geico. The first time is with burlingame and this time is San Carlos. Both time I am happy with the output. Everybody from Chilton is friendly and helpful. They understand your concern and you can see how they are trying to help you. And now it is very convenient with emailing system for real time updates. the not so good part: the parking space is too limited. But one of the chilton person kindly offered me valet parking although it is not his responsibility to help me at that moment. Really appreciated.

Completed work was twice the estimate. We were never contacted about the price escalation. The minor repair took 4 months to complete. They even charged me 100 for a charge; and it wasn't fully charged.

The repair work was great. No complaints there. I didn't notice until I got home that there was white powder foot print and hand prints on the side of my rear black leather seats. Tape residue on the glass and body. I was surprised that the car wasn't washed.

Everything was great. From start to finish. The work was done in even less time. When I picked up my car and it was parked in a tight spot with another car blocking it. A young lady got the car moved from behind it and pulled my car out for me. My car looks great, the fog lights work. I am a happy customer. Thank you.

The work on the car was great. I did not like the customer service though. The people were short on the phone and sounded rude. Did not appreciate that.

Overall great experience. I appreciated receiving the email updates, and the opportunity to complete a survey. This indicates Chilton's commitment to improving service. The only negative was the woman behind the front desk. Both times I was in the office she had a surly attitude. It appears it would be of great benefit for her to receive customer service instruction. A pleasant attitude can go a long way when working the face of a susessful business such as Chilton. Other than that, I'm happy to refer folks who are in need of auto body repairs.

The experience was great. First, Avery with Geico was excellent in getting my car in, fixed and kept me constantly updated on the status of my car. Chilton did a great job with the work and finished a couple of days earlier than expected.

I'm currently awaiting a response regarding my key remote for my 2010 Chevy Equinox, as it was returned back to me damaged. Car was picked up Wednesday afternoon(9/28) at 5:45pm. The initial work was fantastic, with the exception of the key. Face of remote is physically damaged as well as the electronics inside. All aspects of my key remote is now non-functional. End of day staff is familiar with scenario. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
