One minor glitch. Car was estimated to finish by 4:00 PM Monday, April 24; I received an email Monday morning saying if there was any delay from that time I would be contacted. The car was not ready and I didn't get notice that it wouldn't be ready??
I picked it up Tuesday at 4:30 PM.

No communication on when the work would be completed. I received an email **** week after dropping off the car saying that it would likely be ready the next day. I was out of town and called 3 days after the day it was to be ready and was told it was not. I understood that I would be kept up to date via email or text. The work done on the car, however, was perfect.

Painless experience... pleasant help at front office... excellent status updates ... one week turnaround on new bumper, slight body damage and taillight replacement looked good.

There was a lack of communication about week 2 or so but finally by week 4 and two days I finally got my car back.
The system of emailing me updates works if it was kept up to date. My record said it suppose to be done but it was two weeks later that it truly was done.

Communicate! Don't tell me it will be done in two weeks when you know it won't...explain the process of not having all the parts on hand when I dropped off the car...explain that parts supposedly come in damaged and must be reordered. Let me know about the delays, return my calls the same day (!), send me update emails. Very frustrating, infuriating experience. Tell the truth!

All of the actual body work is excellent. My dissatisfaction was with the original representative Irshad. He was rude, non-communicative and gave an incorrect estimate on the time the repairs would take.

I asked for a self-pay quote for a few scratches on a different side of the car, and the estimate provided was completely over the top which really put me off. The job that was done (on a diff side of the car and paid by insurance) was done well, but you could have given a reasonable quote for my self pay work. Of course I am not returning as a customer if you give me a quote of 2500 to remove a few scratches off the car!

There is a area of chipped paint which I feel should have been addressed as part of the repair. I didn't see upon delivery because the car was in the shade however it was found once the vehicle was examined in full sunlight.
I have reported this as part of my claim to my insurance carrier.
