When I picked up my car there was a huge crack in the windshield. I walked away in tears as my insurance company Geico said it was there and that I would have to open a new claim. Your auto company said they would speak with the manger about compensating me and fixing the repairs. I hope the manger helps me out. The crack in my car was not there before I dropped my car off. It happened during the repairs.

They chipped the paint on the top of the drivers door and the back door does not line up properly .

I had a scheduled drop off at Chilton from Progressive Insurance for the 16th. When I arrived the lady at the front desk seemed confused and essentially told me that they dont schedule dropoffs for Progressive and there was no record of my appointment. I was then ignored for about 20 mins and fianlly completed the paperwork. Got an email with the carwise link for updates. The carwise link is useless. Still shows my car status as dropped off with no estimates for completion date. 8 days into the dropoff, I had no clue what was happening since the status link doesnt work and no one had bothered to call me. I called in on the 24th and was told that a production manager would contact me but received no call. I called again on Thursday the 25th and was told that my car was almost ready and can be picked up on Friday. No update on Friday and no call again. Had to call in on Tuesday to figure out the ETA and finally confirmed that I can pick the car up on Tuesday the 30th. Total 14 days for a simple rear panel job. My previous experience with Geico's auto body shop was stellar in comparison with actual updates and photos of my car being repaired . I would rate the experience a **** star out of 5. The workmanship seems fine but I dont think I will ever come back here. Sorry.

Once I picked up my car, there were 4 miles driving was added to the car milage since I left it with the shop. Have no clue how that happen?!

I was amazed with how quickly things started happening. My car was hit and you took my car the next morning. Due to the damage, I was told that the car wouldn't be ready for two weeks. It was actually ready five days earlier than originally predicted. Irshad was very professional and helpful. Two of the three women working the desk were very cheerful, friendly, and curious, and made me feel comfortable. The only distraction was that the first lady was on the phone, and didn't make eye contact or nod, acknowledging my presence. Eventually, however, another lady walked in and took over. Then everything happened as it should. Thank you for an amazing job. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to friends.

My car has some adhesive stuck to the inside of my windshield and the top of my car that wasn't there. Took 4 days longer than the estimate.

Car was late in being completed. Was told there was some problem w/ the muffler that was discovereed late and would take an etra day. When I picked up the car and asked about it, no one knew anything about that issue and it wasn't mentioned on the final bill...very confusing.

The workmanship is good and the experience would be better if the following was handled better, the status of the car was communicated timely or pro-actively. In spite of me communicating regarding the CQuartz coating, it is still pending and I do not know when it will be done

My insurance provider offered Chilton as a recommended shop and because of the positive reviews, I chose this shop. My 1999 Corvette was caught in a sand strom, the windshield and part of the car's paint got pitted pretty badly. Chilton replaced the windshield and the front bumper and was to polish out the rest of the damaged paint. The windshield and bumper looks perfect but the polishing did not fix the problem paint completely and other damaged areas was not even touched. I also was going to have additional work done, separate from my insurance. A week before the car repair was finished, the shop's appraiser called me with the status and told me he would email me the estimate for the additional work, that day. The next day I called, since I never received the email and again was told I would get an estimate. I wanted this work done while it was in the shop, but I never got the estimate. I should have realized that this shop too big for personal service. I am very disappointed.
