Initially told 3-5 days then switched to 10 business days. When I picked up van duct tape stick all over rear wheel and slapping against wheel casing making a loud flapping noise. Once I determined what was making the sound I left the wad of duct tape in the office. I am assuming the adhesive will wear off and not collect rocks.

Work was great. Car looks fantastic. Would have been a better expoerience if; ****. The car was done when I was given the keys. A piece was left off, I noticed before I pulled away and it was quickly fix. 2. My items from the trunk that had to be moved, were placed back in the trunk. 3. Car was fully charged. Again great work and I wouldn't hesitate to return if needed or recommend chilton.

The management team at Chilton went way (!!!) beyond the expected to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that they provided. Even when a mistake was made, then made sure that I was fully supported and respected. Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Disappointed as you normally have been good in past. Very unorganized. I had to call several times for updates. Then I had to call on the day it was supposed to be ready - never heard back. They checked and said it would be washed. Called in again, told after some time it was ready. Said I would be over shortly. Took a while to get car and when I did the car was not washed. Front desk had 3 -4 customers waiting, she was doing her best but there were 3 men in the office and not one of them came out to assist. Very annoying. I have to question whether or not work was actually done. See no indication that sensors were tested on invoice. But I was told they took the bumper off and found no damage or cracks. Either you are getting too big and losing touch with customers or you are taking too much work and cannot handle traffic. Bottom line, the customer is the one who losses here.

The repair work was fine. Better communication out to customer could improve. Had to initiate all contact to get updates and status on when repairs would be completed and car could be picked up.

There was some initial confusion about how long it would take. Please take my kids start my car. Although that was cleared up and receive my car in four days. Really outstanding.

After picking up the car, the right brake light, which worked fine before the service and was on the opposite side of the car from the damage being repaired, was intermittently failing and triggering a warning. I understand that things happen, but it was disappointing this wasn't caught before the car was returned to me. I took the car back and you tried taking apart and re-assembling, changing bulbs, etc. None of this fixed it. You were willing to get oem bulbs & circuit board and try replacing to see if it fixes it, and my rep was very nice about it, but I have to pay for them. The fact you are willing to do the ordering and installing is nice - but the fact that I have to pay for parts that previously worked and were broken during the service doesn't leave me completely satisfied.

Almost I did not receive the status updates as promised and had to make too many calls. Staff was nice as was the repair.
