As you are closed on the weekends, I couldn't call. Once I retrieved my vehicle yesterday evening, I noticed a few marks on one side and on the back trunk door that I am positive were not there when I left the car. I am hoping that someone can look at it for me and explain them. The ones I am more than 100% certain on are two round marks where the paint came off at the bottom of the lift gate straight across about an inch or so apart with terry towel material stuck to them.

I was asked to pick up car this Tuesday. When I came in there were a number of scratches on the car which I pointed out. I had to leave the car for another day while they touched up and polished the scratches. The next day after I picked up the car and drove it home realized that the front right headlights are not working I will have to take time off from work again and bring the car in to Chilton to fix the headlight . It seems like when they fixed the new front bumper they have not connected the right headlamp assembly. I am disappointed In the lack of quality control and attention to detail.

I felt there could have been more communication with regards to picking up the vehicle - a brief follow up with my advisor person as to what was specifically done and being there to answer any questions that might have come up. Otherwise though, the quality of work looks great. This is the second car we've had worked on by your location and would definitely recommend this shop to others.
