We Made three trips to pick up my car. The car was not repaired properly the first time, had to be redone. The second time, the car door needed minor adjustment but the car came back with a dent on the door during the adjustment, and it had to be fixed.

We were almost completely satisfied but felt like maybe we could have heard at least two more times from you all—when the work actually started and maybe one update with an estimated date for completion. So just a little more communication would have been appreciated. Thank you for taking good care of us yet again!

We had a bumpy start with lack of response. I sent several emails as well as left voice mails; however, I did receive any response. My adviser was Irshad. After we had an honest discussion about my dissatisfaction, things change and I was communicated with satisfactorily. The work performed was excellent. Your question was completely satisfied of which my answer had to be NO due to the rocky start. However, you finished strong. Thank you for the excellent work on my vehicle.

The service is not complete. There is a part which is on order that is supposed to arrive in October. As such its premature to opine on a completed job.

The whole process was seamless. I didn't have to worry about following up since I was sent regular follow ups via email. They even fixed the paint on some parts of the front bumper with no additional cost. I didn't have to specifically ask for a van as a rental. It was automatically provided to me while ours was getting fixed. Very impressed overall.

It shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to replace wheels and tires. Also since when does a tire cost 215? I had a quote for 4 tires for $520 including labor. Kind of seems like a scam. As soon as I drove away my tire pressure light came on.

I am happy that my side mirror is now fixed and also happy that the car was washed before I got it back, which was a nice touch. However, I will say that the coordination between Geico and Chilton can be improved. I schedule my car for repair only to have it at the shop another day because the estimate was not available from Geico. A quick call to me would have resolved the issue without waiting another day.
