The front bumpers is not aligned correctly still and the drivers door still don’t close correctly. I also noticed that filler was used to correct the crease in the hood but this car was/is brand new and the hood should have been replaced since it’s brand new.

I called the shop as soon as I got home to say that I was overwhelmed at how beautiful the car looked!!! It really looks like a new car and I cannot believe that the entire car was not repainted. Work was only completed for part of my car. Certain scratches were not removed despite our discussing this in advance. Apparently, there was confusion regarding whether or not insurance would cover it. But that was never discussed with me. I was very disappointed.

When I picked up my car the girl at the front desk asked me if I knew where my car was...I said no I didn't see it it so then she says ok I'll walk you out. She walked me to my car took out the paper car mat and walked away. Never showed he the work that was done, never asked if everything looked ok. I was shocked. I've only been **** other accident years ago and had my car fixed at Superior Auto Body...when I picked my car up they went over everything, my car was detailed, it was a way different experience.

Satisfied in many ways. Intake person recommended That rather than leaving the car all day, Incouldnbring it back at a specific time and it would only take an hour to complete repairs, the parts were ready. So i brought the car

3 AM, i didn't need to use outside drop box. This is my second use of this Chilton's, great place!

Awful communication with me.
I ended up coming over 2 timed to pick up my car to then realize it will take weeks longer to have it ready.
When I finally picked up the car I realized the roof is cracked!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then the lady in the front desk told me she added the notice about the cracked roof AFTER I signed the checkin paper!!!
