From the time I brought my Ford in for an estimate and until it was completed my experience with Chilton staff was very professional and appreciated anytime I had a question I received a response right away.

Fast work, on time completed, good quality.

The front looks great! I was told that my right side would be painted where there are some scratches but it didn’t get done! Was sad that they said it would be done but it didn’t! All else was great! Marisa H

Miscommunication with Cecil about getting my car and payment were disturbing. He should have paid attention to details in email instead of rushing to take care of what he yhought was the case. If he would have carefully read email I would not have brought my car in if you have a policy about picking up the car.

Was very happy with the service from the dropoff to the pickup. No complaints and great customer service.

I understand that it was a huge and expensive repair. I also understand that it's huge business I gave to chilton. So there should be a recognition of that too, as I could have gone elsewhere to give them my business. At the end of this all, if I could have done things differently I would not have given chilton my business. Took about 2 week to get an estimate, doesn't matter to me that almost was a total loss. 2 weeks to make a decision is really poor customer service. I had to make the calls to follow up too. Even my liberty mutual claims person said yes it was taking unusually long. Poor communication about when car will be ready, did NOT adjust automatic reminders. Called the day before to ask when ready for pick up, then they said it won't be ready for another week. If I didn't call, I would not have known. This was a challenge and planning was important because I had no transport to work. After that, Gerry said a week, but it wasn't a week, it was another week, then another week. When I got my car tire pressure light is on. It's still on after 3 days. I now wonder what other problems I may encounter. pretth much expecting that other issues may arise but I'll definitely be back to have chilton fix all of these. Just such a hassle to have to deal with this when I could have gone somewhere else

excellent follow up and very professional. When I had an issue with the price difference in the estimate vs actual cost, they were more than willing to accommodate me in many ways including free delivery of my car. Exceptional service.
