****.) this took much longer than was communicated to me before I dropped off my car 2.) it took months to set up the service after the initial estimate because no one returned my emails 3.) the estimate could not have been a bigger waste of time given how wrong it was 4.) I asked to receive communications by text and instead got emails 5,) when I made it clear I had a deadline I needed my car on the day it was to be ready you missed the deadline by an hour and you didn’t call the person I asked you to call, you left a message for me when I said I would t be available All in all I probably won’t come back.
