No body likes to be in a position to use Chilton Auto Body, but I had too. The staff at Chilton, Dennis, Stan and Katy were fabulous. Answered questions, patient, and proactive with my unanswerable questions. 10 gold stars to them all. My car looks fabulous too!

****. I specifically asked not to repair bumper because I did not want to re-order HOV stickers. That request was completely ignored and now I have to wait 5 weeks for replacement stickers. 2. Car was supposed to be ready on Jan. 30th; I was getting update e-mails every day and 30th was the day. Suddenly on Jan. 25th I get a call that car can be picked up in the afternoon; I was out of town and was not able to arrange a pick up. 3. Car was returned with huge NEW stain on arm-rest fabric; I requested additional cleaning and got the car back with the same problem – stain on the arm-rest.

Good morning to the Chilton Auto Body Team! Ms. Real kept me updated and I was informed that the car would be ready on Thursday and it was ready a day early! Most impressive! The job they did was great too! I see the people that work there are happy too! Great leadership from Mr. Chilton and Mr. Kirkland! I always would recommend them to my family and friends. The team is amazing and extremely customer service oriented! The shop not only fixed my bumper, but they were authorized by USAA to redo some bad work done by a non-Chilton shop. Honesty is something I really value in the employees I interacted with at Chilton. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. My car was repaired promptly and they communicated with my insurance company prior to my arrival. Best service ever at an auto repair shop.
