I just took my car back from Chilton and drove it just a few miles home. So far so good but Chilton has lifetime warranty so that makes me feel comfortable and confident. I wanted though to mention that I was impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and great treatment I received from everyone at Chilton. I take my hat off to Mike Chilron and his team. My car looks nice and I appreciate the attention to detail in repairing it back to Pre-accident condition. My only frustration was in counicstion regarfjnf timing of completion. You told me you would text me updates and I received updates the first week with notes that it would be completed by Feb 9. When I called February 8 to check on it, I was told not to pay attention to those notices and it would be ready the following week. It was finished the afternoon of February 15.

Every interaction with Chilton staff was impeccable. Each person was friendlier than the next (Wendy & Andrew were awesome!). I could not be more satisfied with the customer service to start. Also the regular updates via text were great, and the phone call or two providing status as well. The car looks great too. Adding in the GEICO component as well as Enterprise made the entire experience painless and easy. Bravo.

Cecil is a great person to deal with. Ive taken my car here before and my experience was not positive. Some people is rude or not into the job. I actually thought about taking the car somewhere else. Mu opinion now changed. Thanks for the service.

I found an extra small part for something in the cup holder and the trunk was a shambles. Including that the trunk liner was reinstalled very poorly. Not happy at all but I will figure out the liner myself as I can’t afford to leave the car again.

Cecil was great to work with. One small action Chilton may want to consider: when a customer comes to claim the car (after having likely spent a great deal on the repair), why don't you **** them to their car, rather than saying, "It is outside on the left, or maybe it's the right." Really easy to do, and concludes the transaction on a positive, friendly, USEFUL note.
