There was very little communication or updates unless I initiated as to the 3+ month repair process. Tesla confirmed the parts were in Chilton's possession yet your team kept saying they didn't have the parts. The entire process was a mess.

It's not really a relevant question. If there was a way to repair the car for less, so that insurance didn't treat it as a total loss, then that would have been great. But the estimate was about 2x the value of the car. I'm sure that you guys do great work, but this survey is pointless.

My car was not completely repaired. Shortly after picking up my car, a message appeared on my HUD that says "Driver Assistance Features Unavailable. If Issue Persists, Contact Tesla Service." I now have to take my car back to have it fixed again.

Would had been nice in the 60 days my Tesla was in the shop if any communication be initiated by anyone in the organization of status. There was ample downtime while waiting for parts to point out if I would like anything else repaired or worked on.
For example, Though I am grateful that they were able to find someone to work on a “chrome delete” on where the major was done there was an area on the opposite side of the car that the vinyl was torn and could had been fixed as well. I would had paid out of pocket.

All areas needing repair that were outlined in the appraisal were not completed. The area of the car frame that was slightly dimpled as a result of the collision, and outlined in black magic marker, was not repaired. It will be necessary for me to return the car to the shop in order to complete repairs. That is a major inconvenience for me.
