Customer service was excellent

This was a repair via Geico Express Insurance with Kelly Nolan as the adjuster. My experience was horrible. I dropped it off to get my car repaired, but instead received such bad follow up. I did not receive a phone call on the status of my vehicle. I did not receive a phone call as to when it would be done. I had to be proactive and initiate all calls from my end. Chilton was clueless as to when my sunroof on my mini cooper would be done. After two weeks and incessant phone calls from my end to receive status and feedback, I showed up on Friday with my car not ready. I sat there for a few hours. I got the car back with an empty gas tank a dead battery. The car was not cleaned after the replacement sun roof. There was still shattered glass and mud from the installation of my repair all over the interiror of the car. The employees were clueless. The adjuster mentioned that cleaning up was not part of the replacement. I would rather pay higher rates with opposing insurance companies to never experience this below par service again. Chilton should take notes from Sunnys Auto Body Shop on Potrero, because they know how to run a garage with impeccable customer service. Chilton is a joke.

Friendly and efficient.

I am impressed with the continual updates I received from Chilton regarding the progress on my care. Also, my service manager called from time-to-time to give me a status. The work was done professionally and on schedule as initially comitted.

Kevin was great in helping me. I'm not completely satisfied as I had to go back twice to pick up my car. My car did not have QC before handing off to me and there were parts not replaced correctly probably due to the technicians rushing. The car was washed but very dusty inside. There is a lot of white lint that I can't vacuum off with my handheld and will probably have to take the car to get detailed. I hope Chilton will do better QC on their repairs in the future.

Very professional and thorough team at Chilton, my pickup looks good as new. Isaac and Veronica (Vanessa? I know its a V, sorry) were great customer service ambassadors. The text message updates were outstanding. I've listened to your ads on KNBR for years, and the I'm happy to be a satisfied customer. Keep up the good work folks.

My airbag light is still on and my seatbelt sensor doesn't work.. I think it still needs a little more work.

When I rolled down my window I heard glass in the track still but seems to be fine I think it cleared itself out. Hopefully it won't scratch the glass.

The persons I spoke with were polite and very helpful. The technicians did a great job of repairing my vehicle.

Professional auto repairing service and excellent customer service

Only one tiny thing - I Asked for an estimate to fix a scratch unrelated to the collision damage and it wasn't done. Everything else was great!
