With the repairs, yes, satisfied. Everything was great, with the exception of the introduction. When I first arrived to your shop, some younger, dark haired kid was working the front desk. I told him I was a Safeco customer and they told me to go to this shop and I was there to see a gentleman by the name Paul or Phil (I couldn't remember the name and I still can't remember it). Well with a smug attitude, this front desk kid says, there is no Paul or Phil and we're totally booked so you won't be leaving your car here with us. He was basically being a ****. The guys name ended up being Pat (or something like that) after I checked my voice mail and he then called Pat (or whatever his name is) and everything went smoothly from there. Surely if I ever need body work done and have my pick of shops, Chilton will not be my pick based on the smugness of this front desk kid.
