Overall was okay service. But, more telephone contact and le text messages would be preferred. When my car was going to be delayed, I wasn't informed. Had I gone by text message, I would have come for nothing. But luckily I called beforehand.

Our experience could not have been better. Kevin and the front desk staff were professional, friendly and had all the correct and completed paperwork ready for us. The body work was finished two days ahead of the estimate. The fender looks perfect! I will definitely recommend Chilton Auto Body to my friends and family. Excellent body work and customer service!

I'm not satisfied with the job because the part of the car is not well installed and I have to go back to get the job done correctly and I has other comen all the time when I used other auto body they did car wash .
