From start to finish I was 100% satisfied with the service that I received at B&S Hacienda. There was never a time that I didn't feel like I was getting the complete picture of how the repairs were going to proceed and how the insurance companies would be contacted and dealt with. I was also extremely happy to B&S was able to arrange for me to get a rental car at the expense of the insurance company rather than my having to pay for it out of pocket. So thank you all for the wonderful work and service.

My only issue was initially a received an email saying that I would be kept updated on the progress. I wasn't at all, until after I called and was told it would be complete later that day. Besides from that everything was good and it looks great!

The work done was well done and the truck looks great. The only comment I have is when the vehicle was dropped off I was told it would be 2-3 weeks before the vehicle would be ready. It is understood your company is busy, but when a person drops off their vehicle at the date told, it may be better to have the work started at that point. The total hours needed to fix the vehicle was 31 hours so being told it would be 2-3 weeks did not make sense even with the time to look over the damages and order the parts.
