During the time my vehicle was at B & S, which was one month, I received numerous calls from your staff saying the car was ready but in reality it was not ready. I received a call ( I forget the day) the car was ready. I arrived and did a walk through and noticed a piece was missing over the rear back door. At that time I was told the piece was on back order. I also noticed the back door did not close correctly. When I finally came to pick the car up on Friday, September **** it was over 100+ degrees. I did a walk through and everything was to my satisfaction except for the one piece that was on back order. After getting into the car the seat belt on the drivers side would not move. The gentleman that was helping me said when the door panel was put on the seat belt was not pulled through. I think you all did a good job on the car but I think there were many bumps that should have been avoided along the way.

I was a little upset with the timing but of the repair (meaning - it took longer than I wanted) but other than that, everything looks great and everyone I interacted with did a nice job.

Couple of minor damages not repaired, was then told I'd have to pay additional fees - even though they are part of the original accident damage. Very disappointing. Other than that, great service & crew.

Bob and the entire B&S Hacienda Team did an outstanding job on the body work on my 2003 Dodge Pickup. B&S has done work for me in the past and this is the only body shop I will ever use because of the high quality of the workmanship they prvide. Top marks to B&S Hacienda!

I found your repair facility to be very professional in every regard. The working area of the shop is clean and highly organized. I found the staff exhibited the very best in customer service from my first inquiry until I drove away smiling at the great repair job provided. I will of course recommend B & S Hacienda to others. I would have liked to be informed about he status of the repairs and my inquiries answered promptly. I also never expected it would take as many as 13 days (from August 2 to 14) to repair a front bumper!

James and Ed are good people. They understood what my car meant to me and went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Very respectful and honest people. Before I decided to go with B&S Auto Body, I had received numerous estimates and talked to various auto body repair shops, but in the end, I felt James was the most honest with me and made it clear that he had my best interest at hand.
