Bob did a great job from start to finish including following up on a rear tail light issue. Very impressed with the amount of cars being taken of at any given time. Keep up the good work hopefully I won't have to be back soon. Will definitely recommend.

Went to pick up my car, which had the rear hatch replaced. When the service rep opened the rear hatch a whole lot of water came pouring out of the inside of the hatch. Apparently they forgot something when they replaced the glass. Basically, I wasted 4 hours getting down there and back from Fairfield. I'm still waiting for them to finish it.

The vehicle repairs are all in good order. However, it did take quite a while longer to get our vehicle back based upon the nature of the repairs, than I had hoped for. I understand there was quite a bit of work going on a the shop at the same time.

So far, the job appears to be flawless. Once I detail the car, I'll know for sure. I am impressed with the lifetime warranty and off to bring the car back if I do find any flaws. Never been told that by any other body shop. Thank you for the great work and pleasant experience.
