Had some issues car was not repaired properly screws was not screwed in right or tight and bumper was alittle off had to bring back to shop and leave it

My only comment pertains to the text messages I received. They were a bit scattered. For example, Thursday in the late afternoon, someone called me saying that my car would be ready by 10 am Friday. Then around 11 am on Friday I received a text saying the car would be ready soon. I went to pick my car up at noon and I asked when had it been completed by and I was told around 9 am. Other than that I enjoyed the professionalism and ease of bringing my car in including working with GEICO and Enterprise. I would definitely recommend your one-stop-shop to anyone who'd ask. Thanks for making my car repair so easy!

My only frustration was finding a time for my appointment. The best time for me is noon or one, and the only appts available were 11 or earlier. I had to take time out of work to get there and my boss was not happy. BUT other than that everything was pretty great. The front desk ladies were friendly, attentive, and thorough. Julian and Matt fit me in even when I showed up early, and Daniel even drove over early with the rental. Everyone greeted me with smiles, like I was a friend. I felt very welcome and confident that myself and my car were in good hands. Definitely a positive environment when dealing with the stressful situation of a car accident. Thank you all. You're the best. :)
