My car was sitting at your collision center for a week getting worked on for a dent. My car battery died while I was grocery shopping right after picking the car up. When I called the first time a guy said no one could come jump me because all the shuttle drivers were at lunch. I was unable to find someone to jump me in the parking lot of the grocery store so I tried calling **** Hannah again. Someone else answres(a woman) and she said she would put someone right on it. She sent Anyhony to jump my car. He arrived fast and fixed the problem. So sort of an annoyance(the lack of help) the first call but thanks for the second call. Nice job.

Car was scheduled for a date week after estimate given and when I took it in the parts needed for the repair were not there so an additional day was needed to complete the repair. That meant that I had to have the rental car an extra day and extra expences.

Took too long. Left with the car after closing. Went to pull the visor down and it fell off into my hands. Will be calling first thing in the morning. Hope this doesn't take a long time to fix.

Tim was great. Attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
I can't say I was completely satisfied because there are still small shards of glass through my car. Tim asked someone to clean it up better but the boy he found to do the job was full of excuses and didn't really fix the problem. I was expecting a better job with the glass cleanup than what I got. There is also still glass in the vents and between the seats. The window itself and the tint look great.
