Upon picking up my vehicle, it was dirty. It had not been vacummed and the mat and door jam floor board was covered it bootprints from the shop guys. I asked a guy named Keith if he was the manager. He just stood there and said "no Matt is. He's around her somewhere". I guess it would have been too much to ask can I help you. Mary came walking by and I asked her if they usually vacuum out the car. She looked and said oh no. I'll go drive it back to the guys. She was very helpful and polite. As I sat and waited, the Keith guy was just sitting in the office making fun of a customer for parking in the wrong spot. The other young lady looked at me and made a face because she knew how loud and inappropriate hecwas. She was polite too. When Mary returned with my car it looked liked they had wiped down the map with a rag. It was still obvious they hadn't run a vacuum at all in the front back seat and half efforted in the front. Mary mentioned the service department has mats to put in and wondered why they didn't. I concur, I have our vehicles serviced at Hannah's and really thought that practice was customary. The half efforted vacumming and care they treated my vehicle with doesn't make me feel great about the actual collision work I can't see. I was a return customer. I won't be back, will not be recommending to any of my fellow uniformed service personnel and will be contacting USAA to advise them that I believe they should remove Hannah Collision from preferred shop. Its not the excellence that most USAA customers are used too. There is much better out there andII've had much better experiences elsewhere. Again, Mary was very helpful...the only one. The end result is acceptable, but the issues we had during the previous three delivery attempts make us doubt the ability of the shop in general. We were a little surprised to still be charged our deductible after all the issues and extra damage done to our car.

I brought in my car on 12/24 for an estimate for insurance paid repair work it was like pulling teeth to get the estimator to communicate with my insurance company and approve the repairs. The insurance company called me and said they left message with no call back. I called Rick Stoker and he assured me he would resolve the issue. I brought in the car on ****/22 and was given a estimated finish date of 2/5 then every day from 2/5 on I would get an email saying the repairs were delayed one day. Every Day! I never got any call or explanation why it was taking so long. finally the car was done on 5/10 and I picked it up on 5/11 on my lunch break. The car was dirty on the outside. The way the body shop choose where to paint and where to buff (and where not to buff) made the repair look totally obvious and left the car looking aesthetically displeasing. I asked the receptionist who retrieved my keys and car for me if I could as anyone about the repair. Apparently my rep was out to lunch and Rick was not answering calls or pages. I asked out loud if anyone could help me and no one bothered to look up from their computer screens. I told the receptionist to have Rick call me back. He called about an hour later. He said he'd look into my issues and call me back. He never called back. He did email me. He offered to buff my trunk lid if I wanted to come back to the collision center. The rest of his email indicated that he felt the service I received was acceptable to him. I purchased both my vehicles from **** Hannah. A new honda (the one I got repaired) and a used Acura. I was a big believer in the customer for life program. That is why I went way out of my way to take my care to **** Hannah Collision. It was a huge mistake. I though they would care about leaving my car in the best condition possible. That had always been my experience at the dealership. The Collision center doesn't operate the same way. Very disappointing. I would never use the collision center again. I would tell friends and family to avoid the collision center.

I liked the text updates but the original ETA was missed and then the messages stopped. Original ETA was a Friday and I was contacted on Tuesday to pick up my car.

Took longer then pronise. Text communication started well then no follow up. I had to call a week later to find out if car was ready. Would not trust my car with this repair shop. Dishonest shop. Check your miles when u checkin ur car
