This the third time my truck HAD to go into the shop for repairs since August of 2014 ( over 10,000.00 of parts and labor); I asked that my truck to be clean well enough to be on the showroom floor; that did not happen, why?

Was on vacation from the 2nd-6th and told my car would be repaired in that time frame. Got back and they said they didn't even get my parts in yet. Changed date of completion to the 13th, then they ordered the wrong fog light. Said it would be completed the 15th. Didn't get an update so finally got my car back the 16th with no replaced fog light and they would let me know when it comes in. Also their is still a larger gap where my hood meets my bumper on one side when compared to the other side so may need to be looked at again..

My car looks great! The only thing that would have Helped would be when the text messages that say When your car is estimated to be finished, make Sure you say that you will call when it is com Plete or have the customer call to make sure It's complete before they come get their car.

Really everyone I dealt with from front desk gals to John and other staff were professional and friendly and patiently listened to my repair concerns. Loved the text updates. Only thing-no direct way to reach the collision center when calling the **** Hannah tel # though parts dept was always nice enough to transfer me.

Your USAA claims employee (Bob I beleive his name was?) was truly excellent. This was my first time needing auto repairs of any kind and he took care of everything and answered any questions I had quickly and kindly. He never made me feel like a bother. On top of he great customer service the repairs on my VW GTI were of great quality. The service I received has definitely earned my long term business and I now know of.a quality business to recommend for friends and family's car repairs.
