The work done on our car for the repair was excellent. However, we were told the repair would take four days. We picked it up on the 15th day. Basically it was "parts delay". It was a simple bumper fix, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

Was never given what was being done on the pilot. When we got the pilot back the check engine light was on along with the maintanence light. The transmission now shifts very loudly and revs the engine. None of those things were happening before it was brought into your center. Not happy at all with the experience with your shop.

My car is not completed. You have had it for 3 weeks, I went to pick out up today and the check engine light was on. But it wasn't when I dripped it off. Now you have to keep it for 2 to 3 days to finish. I really need it asap. John is very nice, he is very helpful.

The end product is unacceptable; dents are still visible. Car is returning next week. This will take a lot of time and effort on my part and I am very disappointed in the **** Hannah name right now.

Project took an extra few days than expected... Not perfect but understandable. The car wasn't cleaned completely from the project (smudges from grease and adhesives, back wasn't vacuumed, exterior seem of the rear window left not detailed). Seem of paint in wheel well looks drippy. Generally not disatisfied given its a lease, simply providing feedback.

Everyone in the department was great, especially our tech Chuck! Everyone I interacted with - especially Chuck, the estimator - was extraordinarily eager to meet my needs and to satisfy any questions or concerns I had. Although I hope to not require collision repair services again, I will certainly return to DHCC if the need arises.
