The best experience with a dealership I've ever had. Employee Matthew was extremely professional He kept me updated with progress by text messages. I will be back, God forbid, if I need repairs. Completely satisfied.

I was VERY happy with the overall professionalism at this facility, each and everyone I spoke with and overheard in conversations were excellent at their jobs. I especially felt that Maksim Kostenko was a terrific help, prompt, organized, communicative and friendly. THANK YOU TO ALL! Only difficulty I found was with the parking at this facility...limited, tight areas to drive thru and find a parking spot...another accident waiting to happen. ??

The result is great... but it took longer that it should. Parts were "damaged in shipping" and had to be reordrered, causing delay. The parking for your store is awful.

I really enjoyed getting updates via text about my car. The employees were friendly and worked quickly. My car was even washed, and vacuumed when I picked it up! Wow! It looks new!!!

I was told that my truck would take a week to be finished with the repairs. It took about 3 weeks, so I had to pay a lot more for the rental then I anticipated. Other than that, service was great.

It took too long to get my bumper repaired. I didn't get regular updates. A piece was missing from the bumper that I have to get installed later. Also, my name wasn't used for the claim.

The only problem I had was the front desk gal was so mean to Max (pretty sure that was the Allstate liaison). I was appalled at how unprofessional she was. So far by the looks of things the car looks good.
