Overall a satisfactory experience. Only suggestion would be that if assigned Appraiser unavailable, someone else should be able to access records to answer a question.

I knew that you would do a great job of repairing my car. I wish working with the insurance company had been like working with you. The insurance company actually tried telling me that I could not take it to you for work until it was seen at one of "their" sites and that you did not have adjusters. Thanks for returning my car back to showroom a appearance.

Took too long to repair. Status emails stoped for several days. Got phone call to p/u car. Walking to shop I saw car. The windshield was shattered. Mgr ordered it be replaced on next day. Very inconvenient! I lost time, money and an opportunity to go white- water rafting. Sad, labored experience. I would not recommend the DH Collision Center. (Would you?) Suggestion: be professional, be accountable, and then be "nice."

Completely happy with rep my car was assigned to (Max, I believe). Will personally request him if we need repairs done at **** Hannah in the future. Text msg updates were timely & convenient. No hassles with insurance or Hertz rental pickup or drop off which was great as well.

Even though you had to dismiss the agent who worked with me originally, Mike Roy, the person who picked up after him did an excellent job and picked up the pieces, and left me extremely satisfied with the entire service I'm sorry I can't remember the young man's name who did such a great job in helping me to understand the estimate that I never got from Mike.

Lack of timely communication. Front Office staff unable to answer most of my questions. Was told many times they would have someone call me back and did not hear back until **** to 2 days later.

I was quoted 5 work days to fix my vehicle. It was then extended daily for an additional 5 days, and on the day it was supposed to be done, there was no update saying it would take **** more day. I left voicemails during regular business hours that didn't get returned for 24 hours. Very dissatisfied.
