Mr. Glenn took good care of me during this whole process. From start to finish he kept me up to date with what was going on with my truck. Mr. Glenn also pointed out some things that I missed and would not even had noticed (weather stripping around glass). Thanks again Mr. Glenn!!!!

Your staff is very friendly and for the most part O had a wonderful experience. There is one complaint I have though: no one contacted me about what was going on with my car. I had to call and get info from the body shop and from State Farm, which was frustrating. Otherwise I had a wonderful experience and was satisfied with the work on my car.

The fact that I never had to call to get an update on my car. Every time I thought I was going to call I got a message giving me an update. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had with a body shop!

Erik is awesome. Very through and professional. I appreciated having one contact who was available. Receptive to my concerns regarding the upcoming storm. My vehicle looks brand new again and I'm very happy with the work. If I ever need collision repairs again, I will be back. I will definitely recommend if any of my friends need repairs.
