I’ve been to another collision shop and they did not wash my car or detail the inside either. To go through this stressful experience and have my car not only repaired so quickly to have it washed and detailed (which it really needed lol) was very appreciated. The service rep was very nice. The repair was delayed due to communication errors with the adjuster, like sending things to incorrect email addresses. In addition, my keys were misplaced and had to be replaced which further delayed my repair. The keys and fob were replaced but this added to the time the car was in the shop.
