From the first moment I walked in until I drove my SUV out, my experience was exceptional and you and I owe that to Dana Breton. She was very thorough in her explanation from the start. Dana kept me up to date during the process and her estimate of completion date was spot on. If I ever need to return to Service King I will ask to see Dana. I will also give her name and Service King as the only place to take a vehicle for repair.

Highly professional and prompt service. Dana takes time to listen to any concerns and questions, a rare characteristic! She is obviously sharp and knowledgeable, which is reassuring. I appreciated the regular feedback about the status of my car. There’s no need to ever look for a body shop again!

The team is wonderful. 5 Star Service from the moment I called USAA and told them I had a car accident and was on my way to service king. I had used your services 3 months earlier and had top of the line customer service from the moment I walked through the door to picking my car up. Again the service was far beyond any other service I have used for my cars in the past. I have and will Continue to recommend service king. Your corporate office should be very proud of the team that represents Service King. They are all wonderful. They make you feel like family.

I was so surprised that your team detailed the Mazda After a trip to MD it was a disaster inside! Thank you so much for doing that for me It also looks like it was never damaged on the outside!! I will be back if I need vehicle repairs in the future! I appreciated the daily updates too !
