No need to call. Dana was wonderful but I was disappointed in the amount of time for the repair (2 weeks)and I will still be waiting for the secondary bumper plastic to be put on.

It was entirely fine. I had no issues but felt pressured to fill out a survey indicating that everything was good and that should come from the confidence that you did a good job and not telling me to do it. aside from that, repair was completed on time and looks to be good quality.
