Lithia Body & Paint of Roseburg

This has got to be one of the worst body shops in Oregon. It took the Lithia Roseburg Body & Paint six weeks to perform a horrendous repair job on our 3 year old pickup that was in nearly new condition. We hired a 3rd party appraiser to assess the repairs after Lithia’s supposed fixes to our truck. That appraisal includes these statements “The repairs that were done on the vehicle are some of the worse that I have ever seen in my 20 years plus of doing this type of work.” And “The paint job on this truck is absolutely horrible.” And “there are pin holes and flaws on every panel they painted.” Some of the issues: the paint on the bed of the truck does not match the cab; the cab was not straightened; the doors do not close properly; one door was replaced with a used door that is dirty and has rusty components; there is overspray inside the vehicle’s cab; you can see, on the top of the cab, where they painted a portion of the cab. In addition to the faulty work they also did additional damage to the truck: chipped the back window; scratches on parts of the truck that were previously undamaged. The folks at Lithia act nice and say they stand behind their work – but so far, this has NOT been the case. This is and has been an ongoing nightmare for us.
