I'm not sure really where to start. I brought my F-150 pick up in for repairs to the rear of the vehicle. I got a call saying my pick up was ready for me to come get it, and when I got there the paperwork was not straightened out and I had to continue waiting and was not able to pick up the vehicle that night. Remember, you called me stating the vehicle was ready for pick up. While inspecting the work that was done I noticed a scratch that was new to the vehicle and it happened while in Southhill collision's care. My representative challenged me on that and we finally took a look at the photographs and found out that yes, indeed the damage was done by Southhill collision. After some discussion my representative said they would fix the vehicle and I got a phone call again today, which is April 17, that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I inspected my truck it was real obvious that all Southhill collision did was try to buff out the scratch and they are entirely too deep to buff out. My representative stated that the damage somehow reappeared because it wasn't like that when he inspected it the previous Friday. I feel like Southhill collision is treating me like I'm absolutely stupid, and trying to pass off a sketchy repair to a serious problem hoping I wouldn't notice. My representative was pretty much begging me to take my vehicle off the premises and I know he was hoping that I wouldn't bring it back to have the scratch repaired. I demand that you guys put my vehicle back to the way it was when I brought it with the exception of the repairs that you made. I don't think that's asking too much since you caused the damage to my vehicle. And by the way, you keep sending me all of these questionnaires and forms stating that I've picked up my vehicle, when in fact I have not. My vehicle is still at Southhill collision waiting for the repairs to properly be done. If you cannot accomplish this, I will call my insurance company and take it to a shop that can actually fix the problem that you caused. Please call me at ****-****-xxxx. I would love to discuss this with the owner or somebody that's in charge. Dan Fink

The repair looks great. However the left headlight was not working and I found the headlight unpluged. There was also a white smug on the leather steering wheel cover. I could not get the white to clean off and started to ruin the cover. My bad. I forgot to ask and was not told of any precautions on the fresh paint. Should I wait before washing the car. But again the repair does look great. Thanks

Work was good and i appreciate the extra that was my headlight. Only complant is that u ask how often i wanted to be updates and every day i said daily yet i never got a call from u guys i had to call u daily
