We felt well taken care of, through the whole process, and the car had been cleaned, inside and out, and just looked like new when we picked it up. (Hope we never have to be there again, however, LOL!)

I was told during the estimate that a small chip next to the main damage would be included in the repair. When I picked up my car the chip was clearly still there. I did tell the receptionist and she said we would receive a call the next business day.

Thank you for all your work on my car. My only suggestion would be to wipe down your the interior of the car. There was a fine white dust, in guessing from the painting process, that coated every interior surface of my car. Not major and only took a few minutes to clean up with a wet rag. But would have been nice to have it done prior to pick up. Thank again!
