Communications was less than I needed during the six weeks SH Collision had the car. I was never given an estimated completion date. I was notified late on Friday that the car was done and ready for pickup Saturday 10-12. As late as Thurday was texted briefly about nearing completion, but no forecast about "promise date". Glib text messages were appreciated, but gave me nothing to go on concerning progress. Also the website status report was useless to informing me. Picked up car Saturday and so far please with the appearance of the work.

Have your driver put the seat back where they were when dropped off, my driver seat was layed way back, had to spend time readjusting the seat
