I brought my truck back for a 3rd time to have the bumper repainted and this time when I came to pick up my truck one of the lot guys lost my keys and now have to come back to get my truck, almost 6 days after dropping it off.

My windshield was cracked during repairs and wasn't fixed. The car was turned over to me with a cracked windshield. I just had the windshield replaced last year. I showed the estimator and expected a call within hours to resolve the issue but the day passed without a call or text.
