All staff that I talked with were very friendly & helpful. The only issue I had was with updates. I would recieve a text or vm with an update saying you were waiting on **** part & it would be there on a specific day. That deadline would pass by days with no updates. Then another update about waiting on a part and no follow up. I finally called this past Friday and it was explained to me that there were some unexpected parts needed along the way & I think there was a lot of waiting for them to arrive. My car was at the shop for 40 days, so I would have liked more specific updates along the way. Other than that....experience was good. Loved being able to leave rental at the end!

I didn't like how I had to always call to get updates on my vehicle, even though I signed up to get email updates. Also, the email updates were very unprofessional and didn't say much about what they were doing. This company has poor communication.

Before the accident, I was so sad for my Chevy. Y'all made this experience so pleasant and painless. Your frequent updates and overall customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Hats off to the mechanics and specialists, the repairs were flawless. I want to say thank you so much!!!

Please give more status updates, didn't know my car was going to be ready until right before closing on Friday, had I known sooner I would've been able to plan to pick it up instead of having to wait until Monday morning. Otherwise great service and great work!

I appreciated how accommodating the South Hill Collision experience was for me. I was able to bring my car in for repairs and have car rental service taken care of at the same time. Upon picking up my car I was very pleased not only with the repair but also the detailing that was done inside and out of my car. Thanks to all who took care of my car and me!
