Communication with me about my car was great. Someone was always there to answer my calls and my questions. My car was finished within 10 days and they came to pick me up when my car was finished.

The repair job looks good, but there was a small deal with the care of the car. I got a text about my car being finished and how I would be contacted about the time to pick up my car. I was told one of the ladies at work called me and left a voicemail but I didn't get a phone call or voice mail. Later in the night I drive past the building on my way home and I see my car parked outside in the front of the building. This was around 9:30pm. The following day I talk with the receptionist and she talked with her manager and found he (the manager) was surprised to see that my car was out when he shows up this morning. She informed me that the manager talked with the workers from the night before about leaving my car outside. That was my only concern.

Waiting time to bring my car in was too long. First schedule was Jan 20, it was change to Jan 27, 2016. Promised completion date 2/ 05/2016 It was postponed to 2/08/2016 @ 5:30pm.

The car looks great, however, since being repaired, my digital speedometer does not work, and the heater doesn't work like it did before either.

Vehicle wasn't ready on time and when I was notified it was ready, they called the wrong number and said it was the one they had on record despite the fact that I have been getting text messages to the correct number the whole time...and to top it off, it was still damaged.
