They took 59 days and had story after story as to why it wasn't done Never got offered a car rental l until the day it was ready Not happy and won't go back

I had to scrape paint off my rear window, inside windows had like sanding dust all over them. I am taking my truck back tomorrow because the windshield wipers make a screeching noise. I had a air vent decoration on the drivers side they could have covered when they painted. They left the other one on that's on the passenger side. Now I have to find the same one and buy it because if I take the other one off the tape that hols it on may be permenent.

the person that was supposed to update on and text me on the progress only followed through one day doing that and my car was with you for weeks. every few days I would have to call in and try to figure out what was going on. the car turned out looking really great though. But very frustrated with communication

At first, I was a bit skeptical bringing my Porsche Cayman S to a small, non-German specialized body shop off Meridian. But after all was said and done they did a great job. During the entire process they would text with helpful updates and actually correspond. The work they did on the car was what I was hoping for.

The body work appears to have been done correctly but the car was given back to us extremely dirty. There is white wax all over the doors and windshield supports. The windshield has tape residue on it where they had something taped. When we dropped the car off at the shop for the front end damage we had asked John Ram to give us a separate estimate to repair a few other minor scratches and dents since it was already in the shop, we never received this estimate even after many emails and phone calls which were never returned. I cannot "wreckommend" this shop and will not be returning.

I wasn't happy about having to bring my vehicle back do to no quality control. It was rectified the 2nd visit, however it was a huge inconvienience to have to have a bring back.

South Hill Collision did do a good job of fixing my car after an accident. I was a little disappointed in the time it took. If parts did not arrive the car just sat waiting instead of doing other projects on it. It took over a month to get my car back. They did not even start working on it for 2 weeks. Because of this it put me over the time my insurance would cover and I had to pay 100% of my rental for almost a week. If their timing would have been better I would give them a gleaming feedback, but my experience this time was not very satisfactory. I would give them 5 stars on quality of work but a **** star for poor time management. The need to think of the customer and how poor time management impacts the customer.
