1st of all Shelby at the front desk provided great customer service and displayed professional and experienced knowledge. Jeff was wonderful in getting my damages taken care of properly and worked out with the insurance company. I was totally surprised to receive my vehicle back cleaned and wash, what a sweet surprise. Lack of communication was three main issue. And I needed my gas gage fixed , and I only knew they were unable to fix it AFTER bringing it to my home. They should’ve let me know that ahead of time. I could’ve contacted my insurance and figured out an alternative plan. Now the main issue is delayed on being fixed because no one got in touch. But the car looks nice on the outside.

Being a single woman, I never felt taken advantage of. I was treated with respect and and curiosity during the entire repair process! Everyone was friendly and I was kept up to date on everything. I couldn't be happier and if I am ever in another auto accident, I will certainly call you again

Vince & Shelby we’re so helpful when I had conflicts at work at the time I needed to drop off my car. They offered to stay a bit later and made sure that my rental car was there waiting for me. The area where the repair was done looks great. Would definitely recommend this shop to friends & family.

Shelby and Jeff are awesome! I didn't know what to expect when I took my car in but Shelby answered all my questions and Jeff wasted no time getting my baby into surgery after I was rear-ended. The entire process from start to finish was completely hassle-free thanks to their wonderful customer service and the guys behind the scene who did the repairs.
