Of the three times I've been to ABRA, I've never been disappointed. I would recommend it to anyone. Efficient, and obviously skilled technicians make ABRA the best around.

Bumper was not properly installed upon fist delivery attempt. Paint and other parts still damaged upon first delivery attempt. Additional week worth of work and more paint to correct. Never even as much as an I’m sorry for our mistakes just a we’ll fix it. Which was what was supposed to happen the first time.

Things like blind side and rear collision sensors do not work and the idiot light on dash was even on tonsay it wasn’t working when it was delivered back to us. Not sure why it wasn’t checked before returning it. According to my wife when she called and was put through to the manager handling the case it was more important for him to leave versus listening to her and working out a plan to fix the problem. So as your statement says making sure customer is satisfied must not be a concern of all staff... The driver that returned the van was very nice and pleasant.

Jeff was excellent about keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs. He even went above and beyond to get some paint marks off my vehicle, which had nothing to do with the reason my vehicle was there. 10+ On his customer service. Shelby still doesn't acknowledge customers when they are standing right in front of her. It's extremely rude. Good thing everyone else is fabulous or I wouldn't be back.

Vince was awesome, always kept me updated, and let me know what was going on. Called at the beginning of the week said they got my car done a little sooner than expected and it should be ready by the end of the week and Thursday around 3 it was done and ready for pick up. Thanks for the amazing work, can't even tell anything happened!

I was told many different stories about my car. I was told on the 31st of Aug it was ready. I went and it was not.I was told the rim was not in and I could pick it on Sept 5th and was still not ready. I came in on SEpt 6th and Jeff informed me that the Insurance would not cover the rim. On Sept 8th I picked my vechile up and was handed a cap that fit on the damaged rim and he quoted it would not fit because the rim was bent.Very bad communication
