Shady.... Spoke with Nelson regarding an estimate for a bent rear bumper. Should have know better. He's a AAA shop and is more concerned with keeping them happy than anything else. My bumper is bent down. All he wanted to do was bend the brackets upwards. Yeah that would be best for AAA but not me. Claims he can't see any damage to the bumper itself. Well unless his eyeballs have a laser built in along with a level and he can guarantee that the bumper is at factory spec how can he say it shouldn't be replaced. I mean why not just put a floor jack under the bumper and let gravity do the rest. Don't let this guy touch your car. What a joke. I give this place an F.
