Great customer service and very professional. Unfortunately, on the way home we noticed a strange sound coming from the area that was repaired, so we will need to come back to get it checked out. Understandably, the strange sound is more noticeable to us as the regular drivers of the vehicle, but nonetheless it is an inconvenience to have to return.

Excellent customer service. Owner actually called to confirm the work and completion of my vehicle. Would definitely use them again. Have used caliber collision in the past, but pacific elite was by far a superior company. They even made sure my rental vehicle would not be charged an extra day due to the drop off time.
