The Customer Service is top rate. JC and Monica are a pleasure to work with, very professional and always me me feel that I matter. The new text messaging to my cell to update me with the status of my car was impressive and very helpful. With this method I new exactly when my car was going to be ready so I had time to fill my rental car up with gas before returning it to Enterprise. The workmanship is wonderful and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.

NOT satisfied with repairs as advise to JOSE aka manager I will be taking my veh. Back on Friday , 3, 2013 at 8 am as stated with the understanding pride auto body shop will provide me with a Mercedes Benz rental .

This is my second time taking my car to pride and I have ony had good experiences. I like the updates about the progress of my car. Valerie was great. She went out of her way to make the process easy on me as she was extremely flexible with my schedule.
