Gerardo Anaya was very helpful and attentive. After coming to Price about 2 months ago for an accident, I was very disheartened when I had to come back for another accident. During my first visit, my car was deemed wrecked and would not be worth repairing. Gerardo recommend a sales person at Keyes Mercedes and I was able to purchase a new car. The unfortunately that car was also hit by an uninsured motor. I knew Pride and Gerardo would take good care of me and my car.

Valerie, the store manager, is great! She went out of her way to make the repair as easy as possible for me. For example, she noticed that the car needed servicing and took care of dropping off and picking up the car from Center BMW. When the car was finished, she personally dropped it off at my office and returned my rental car to Enterprise. All of these things saved time for me and were much appreciated. I have used Pride before and was impressed with the quality of their work. I will continue to use them.
