When we told her of an issue we were having with our insurance co she immediately made a phone call to get things cleared up. We are having issues communicating with our adjuster and in no way should this reflect all her efforts.

I dropped my car off with a full tank of gas, and it was returned almost empty. I believe my gas was siphoned during its stay, and my milage was within reasonable limits.
