I was completely satisfied until the day my car was supposed to be ready, just to find out that it was delayed. Everybody handled the situation very professional and friendly but that did not change the fact that I was disappointed. I would have expected a little more than just a verbal apology to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciated that the situation was explained to me by Eli and he was honest about a mistake being made but again a simple gesture at pick up would have made a big difference.

Pride Auto Body as usual has done an amazing job, perfectionist individual would love how they do repairs. They are very professional, you will receive an email status and phone call every single step of the way..this really fits to a very busy person and you won't have to put up a time to call them. I have used them few times, does not matter which branch I can highly recommend them. Very courteous and professional employees esp at the Haskell branch, they know what they are doing. I am very happy with the repair and at the same time happy with the people that I worked with at Pride Auto Body. A 5 star indeed!
