I wasn't aware that my car wasn't going to be available until nearly day's end of the day my car was promised. I had planned my week based on the day my car was promised. It caused me quite an inconvenience and I felt as if my role as customer was inconsequential. Good thing the quality of work of good, as that was the only redeeming aspect of my experience.

When you tell a customer you will call them back it is much appreciated if you call them even if you don't have an answer as oppose to leaving the customer waiting for the call or just hanging.
